游戏进行了超大幅度的更新，完全可以将此游戏认定为全新的游戏。大致讲解一下和之前的异同部分。

一、游戏现在已经完成了两条人物线，包含约12周的人物剧情。游戏当前共有6个坏结局，以及4个不同的最终结局。人物线角色，医生以及主角自己都有了立绘。

二、游戏玩法大更新，具体表现为更多的日程以及更多的状态，以及库存。你可以使用库存中的食物，饮料，看书或者做更多的事。日程变得多种多样，甚至有需要能力点数解锁的新日程等等。现在的手机功能可以让你接稿，打电话，发短信，点外卖，查看统计数据，听音乐等等功能！

三、游戏可以调节难度，你可以调成简单难度一路狂冲，也可以挑战自我，选择硬核模式！还有更有挑战性的挑战模组供你尝试！

关于英文翻译：

因为游戏中大量包含我个人编写的代码，导致引擎有时候无法正常识别和替换翻译内容，适配英文需要修改大量代码，由于本人精力有限，所以没有将英文翻译完全实装。当你选择英文来游玩时，很可能会遇到大量未被翻译的内容（除了正常的游戏剧情），以及不断变化的名词，意义不明的内容等，在这里对英文使用者说一声抱歉。除非有专门的翻译组来帮忙翻译和修改代码，我应该是不会再花费更多精力在翻译上了，写代码和故事已经让我心力交瘁了。

About the English translation.

Because the game contains a lot of code written by me personally, the engine sometimes can't recognize and replace the translated content properly, and adapting English requires a lot of code changes, so due to my limited energy, the English translation is not fully implemented. When you choose to play in English, you are likely to encounter a lot of untranslated content (apart from the normal game plot), as well as constantly changing terms, content with unknown meanings, etc. I apologize to English users here. Unless there is a dedicated translation team to help with translations and code changes, I shouldn't be spending any more effort on translations, writing the code and story is already wearing me out.
